This company is good, got the system installed in less than 3 months. Took a few weeks to get the final system turned on but that’s due to required paperwork that coned needs to receive on their end to ok it.

terrible, absolutely awful customer service. Been trying for over a week to get to talk to someone in the company who can help me. No one calls me back when they hear that I have a complaint. Not worth the time. Go with someone else.

Very happy with Group Solar. The installation was fast and the transition to solar went smooth.
Now it's nearly a year since my panels were installed and the system is still not working. The next stumbling block is Con Edison. Con Edison is supposed to come in to change my meters but Group Solar is unable to get them to do so. Con Edison reports that Group Solar has submitted all the correct papers but still Group Solar is ineffective at getting the meters changed.
