George Rivera-Davis, Des Moines native and creator/owner of Grounds for Celebration, has been in the coffee business for more than 15 years. “The first time I drank a good cup of coffee. . .well, my uncle grows coffee in Panama and he had a bumper crop one year. Great place to relax, better than Starbucks, pleasant staff
I love to have lunch here. Excellent food and coffee. Best place in Beaverdale to eat.

It's the best coffeehouse in the Des Moines Metro area! Luna Tango (Dark Roast blend) is my favorite. The food is great too. I meet friends at all of their locations to chit chat & for a fun game night!
