Great experience with Alan. He was able to explain his concerns with the VP and CM and did in such a way that they were very receptive. With his 30 plus years of being a home builder he understands exactly the way something should be built. He was asked to come to Southern Hills in short notice and he delivered. We will be calling him for the 11th month inspection as well.

Alan is the best home inspector and I highly recommend him. He is so detail orientated and thorough , explaining each item that he feels needs to be fixed. He provides a written report and photos within twenty four hours. We had him do inspection for both pre dry wall and final inspection. Our construction manager was so impressed with the quality of his work that she has recommended him to others as well. Thank you Alan!

We just had our home inspection with Al, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly, making the entire process easy and stress-free. If you need a home inspector, choose Alan! We were referred by our realtor and needed Alan to do a home inspection during the process of purchasing a home. He was so prompt, easy to communicate with, professional and without a doubt knows his stuff!
