In my experience, Ground Control Orthotics was fantastic. I had a sore foot that hurt with every step I took. My physiotherapist suggested I be assessed by Yotem at Ground Control to see if he could help. After watching me walk he suggested orthotics. I liked that he didn’t pressure me at all to get them but explained what was happening with my foot and why he thought they would be beneficial. First time getting orthotics and definitely a great experience. Yotam is super nice, was fast but also took care to make sure things were perfect and made sure to follow-up to make sure I was 100% happy.
First time getting orthotics here and it was an amazing experience, very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about the work they do. When I got fitted for my orthotics, they were ready for pick up in a timely manner. Highly recommend ground control!
Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Great experience. Would definitely recommend them. Also really appreciate the focus on customer service and ongoing care through the life of my orthotics.
