With legends like Frank Sinatra and Robert De Niro having frequented this place, Grotta has always been one of the most popular Italian restaurants in the neighborhood. The 'Blue Grotto' disappeared for six years since its opening over a century ago, however it reopened with renewed vigor again to much fanfare. The multi-level eatery still retains some historic features like the marble and mosaic floors; and its vintage mahogany bar and wine cave stack about 1,600 bottles.

So amazing. I had the Gnocchi and it was perfect! Definitely recommending this when you are in the city!
Delicious traditional Italian food done right. Reasonably priced. Outstanding friendly service. The Cesar salad with real anchovies and traditional fresh made dressing was a real treat. They also offer gluten free pasta 🍝
The red sauce & all homemade pastas are to die for. Beautiful location on the corner with a very friendly & informative staff.
Went for lunch with 3 friends. Price fixe lunch menu which was great. Portion size was large, waiters were always around and very few friendly. Tiramisu was awesome.... I had spaghetti carbonara which was much better than any of the places in Venice Italy. Already recommended this place to friends. 20 percent is automatically added to bill
Terrible tomatoe souce on pasta. Garlic bread 2 stars and half. I dont recomend eating here
