Well I sat there yesterday waiting also. Went and had some test done. Back to waiting rm. then to a room. Took eye test. Waited on doc knight he did test. Then to the schudeling nurse for surgery appt. 3 hrs later I was on my way home.
The doctors are great the staff not so much. The gal that checked us in when we got there was very pleasant, however when she told us that we owed 2K before having cataract surgery that day that was the first we had heard a dollar figure. And that should not be here responsibility :(
They quickly discovered my vision issues that started the afternoon before were retina tears and lasered them the same day. Very good care. Saved me from retina detachment!
