The reseptionist needs to be kind to all people especially when call with pressure of 52 behind their eye. I thought i was having a stroke. I call around noon Dr did not call me back until after 5. Had to wait until next day. Dr relieved the pressures but headaches for 3 days after. Not with the second eye. Sara was wonderful very willing to help and make you comfortable. She knew I was having problems with seeing and dimmed the light for me. She is special you need to give her a raise and KEEP her!
My Mother was seen by Dr Ryser for an injection in her eye. He was in such a hurry he scratched my mother cornea in his rush. We had to return the next day with pain and discomfort. Her experience with him was poor, don't want to see him again.
I came to the Grossnickle Eye Center with an eye problem and discovered my situation was very serious. I was seen right away and had surgery later that same morning. The staff and doctors were very knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging, despite the fact that that I was adding to their already heavy workload and having people wait longer in the waiting room. I am very grateful for all their help and support. I would highly recommend the Grossnickle Eye Center to anyone who needed excellent eye care.
It’s seemed much like an industrial assembly line, rather than an doctor’s office. Hope it doesn’t breakdown at any point.
This office is very difficult to work with. The first visit my husband went for an eye exam (free with our insurance), after the appointment they had coded his visit wrong and refused to change it so we had to pay for it. When switching to another optometrist, and requesting our records the office was very rude and sarcastic and just over all unhelpful. After going to the new optometrist we learned of the current most accepted treatment for my husband's eye condition, which was not even mentioned when at Grossnickle. Overall... read more
