Friendly and professional and very competent
I took my Wife, Mother and Father-in-Law to Grossnickle Eye Center for cataract surgery so when it was my turn there was no other place I wanted to go. The doctors and nurses go out of there way to make sure you understand everything and are as comfortable as possible. A special THANK YOU to Dr. Ralstin and Dr. Hickman and their staffs. I found Grossnickle Eye Center to be quick, accurate, painless, cheerful, thorough, informative, and pleasant in dealing with my cataract removal surgeries.
The staff is very professional, personally gracious, pleasant, competent. Dr. Ann Wiarda is terrific! Most importantly I received important and excellent medical advice and treatment for my cataract. The results were fabulous. I had to pay significant out-of-pocket for the ORA machine, but I'm glad I did, it worked extremely well. I can read my phone and my Bible without glasses!!
