RecommendedJust had Lasik yesterday. I was extremely nervous. The staff helped me feel comfortable and helped explain what to expect. They answered all my questions. And I can see for the first time in over 25 years without glasses or contacts!!!!
The doctors and staff at Grossnickle have gone above and beyond to ensure the health of my eye. I have always been treated as if I was the most important guest during my appointments. While my eye injury was bad, and the outcome could have been very unfortunate, the care and knowledge that the staff and doctors at Grossnickle have saved my sight. I am beyond impressed and thankful for this facility and would highly recommend to anyone!
They do great at helping you see better. All Doctors and Employees are friendly and caring.

Had cataract surgery with implants one year ago. From day one I had issues with hooded eyelids. Made these concerns known to the doctors. Made eight visits to their Warsaw facility for assistance. Doctor told me keep using eyedrops and go home. Finally went to a specialist who performed the Superior 64 Point Suprathreshold Test. My eye surgery with him is scheduled for next month (5/19)..If you are in need of eye care, run do not walk away from Grossnickle. Paul Fleischmann
I have been impressed with the care I have received at the Warsaw office.
I would not recommend him to anyone. He left a smudge on my lens after cataract surgery. Would not even listen to me about my vision, was very rude and raised his voice twice. My vision is still blurred after 9 months.
I would not trust my eyes to anyone but Grossnickle !!! They are the best 👍
The reseptionist needs to be kind to all people especially when call with pressure of 52 behind their eye. I thought i was having a stroke. I call around noon Dr did not call me back until after 5. Had to wait until next day. Dr relieved the pressures but headaches for 3 days after. Not with the second eye. Sara was wonderful very willing to help and make you comfortable. She knew I was having problems with seeing and dimmed the light for me. She is special you need to give her a raise and KEEP her!
