I have had 2 surgeries by Dr Grossman within 3 years. This was after trying all other options. He is very to the point, but makes you feel very comfortable with asking any questions. In all of my visits, the staff was great and they prepare you before he comes in the room. I think his secretary needs mentioned also. Always gets back to you within a very reasonable time with an answer and if need be, works you j to their schedule. Great office, fantastic Dr and surgeon…highly recommend!!
Dr. Grossman is awesome, caring, knowledgeable, and moved heaven and earth to help my husband. He is amazing!! His staff was extremely kind during all of our visits. Highly recommend him.
I had surgery in January and two follow up visits so far. Successful surgery and recovery. I felt very informed about my procedure and recovery instructions. Office visits were pleasant, no wait and Dr. Grossman took his time with me and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend the Dr and practice.
I had surgery performed by Dr. Grossman in September of this year. It was an extensive surgery and I was petrified. Everything went very smoothly. It is a year-long healing process, but after 4 months, I am doing very well. PT is the key. When he tells you it is time to start, it is time. I find him very personable. He does not beat around the bush. He is extremely busy; does not spend a lot of time in the room with you for regular appointments, but always asks if I have any questions. I recommend him 100%.
My experiences with Dr. Grossman have been excellent. He was totally honest with me when my bunion grew back within 3 months bigger than before surgery with a steel plate. It was not his fault. The 2nd surgery on 1/28/19 was done differently, and I feel confident it will be successful. I appreciated his honesty, especially when the first surgery didn’t work. I highly recommend him for his skill, professionalism and excellent bedside manner.

He is very rude and not accurate when it comes to tell people about your feet problems. He told me to quit my job and refuse to keep giving me a medical excuse so that i could sit at work. . This doctor is a big NO NO. Go to the Cleveland clinic in Medina. They have good doctors.
Often cancels scheduled appointments with little consideration of how it affects the patient's schedule.
Each time I was there, he had 2 different residents, doing all the work and no teaching on his part. He let the residents write prescriptions, which created problems and delays. Seems like he should know what they are allowed to do. He was not easy to talk to, his way was the only way. He insisted I needed surgery. He would not discuss alternative treatment, or even my wishes if I did have surgery. His person never called me to set up surgery. I got a second opinion.
