I would NOT recommend anyone ever doing business with these individuals. From the moment we bought a used vehicle from them we have had NOTHING but trouble. So much so that the SUV we bought spent a total of 2 nights in our driveway since we bought it 18 days ago! I had been looking at the Volkswagen gti for about a year. I watched to find the car I wanted and when I did, realized I could not afford it. Scotty met me on the lot, looking at my dream car. He convinced me to let him work some figures. I got into my dream car for a great price and manageable payments! Gave me a great trade in on my car also! Left my car last Tuesday. Note to email charges/review of what needed to be done because I was going to be out of country. Called today to make sure done-never received email/call or smoke signal. Car never left lot, car not worked on. These buffoons are as impressive as Suds. When guy came back to phone he said they'll get parts and it'll be done by noon. I need to let my local friends know that I have never witnessed such horrid customer service and blatant disregard to client needs as I have seen with Grossinger motors (former SUD's) here in Normal, Our VW has been in their shop since Mid July for warranty work and I went there today (9/4) and they have not even started the process of tearing the van down to do the repair.
