Went in looking for a car, no sales people to be found & those there just walked buy not even a greeting while I waiting at the front door desk :( finally spoke to 1 sales person who said he would keep an eye on the car I want. Well 9 months later!!! I get a call from another sales man asking me if I was looking for a car, really very sad. I blame management for not training folks.
Most of the One Star reviews are the reality of this terribly managed collection of incompetents and any other favorable experience was either coerced or faked.
I wanted to buy a new Audi and called to set up a test drive but they never called me back. After multiple calls, I went to Peoria and had A+ service. Horrible service.
Wish I had read these reviews before going there. Car was advertised on CarGurus and on their website. Get there and find out it's not ready to be test driven. Salesman was unfriendly, had phone in hand most of the time. Looked at the car in the dark with cell phone flashlights. Long story short terrible communication on their end, we agreed on prices with the salesman pending a test drive and the car ended up being sold out from under us while we waited for the brakes to be fixed and an air pump to be replaced. Amazing experience! I had a positive experience from the moment I walked in the showroom. Kyle Brestan was very professional and patient. I had numerous questions and he took the time to explain the details of the vehicles I was interested in, and didn't attempt to sell me just any type of vehicle. Thanks to Kyle, I am a proud owner of a 2017 Audi A3!
Just took the VW CC in for its 30,000. Matt in service department took care of me and the car came back shiny and ready for another 30,000! That is ..unless I let Fenton from sales show me more cars. I have a feeling I will be back soon for a test drive or two. Thanks guys!
The upper management sucks there and the owner treats her people like shit and never pays them on time
