I must say Dr Gross is by far the best in El Paso. He performed a total thyroidectomy and all went perfect. He explained everything well and is a very knowledgable doctor. Staff is great and friendly. No long waits on appointments. Very well recommended!!!

I went to Dr. Gross on recommendation from my doctor and I couldn’t be happier. The office is nice, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Gross is smart and patient and answered all of my questions. I recommend Dr. Gross to all my friends and family.
I thought the staff was rude and unprofessional, but the doctor was worse...wouldn’t believe a word that was said to him when describing the symptoms/ all he could talk about was money. Go to another doctor

We are sorry that you feel this way. However this is not true. You came to us because you didn't like the doctor you previously saw... You wanted a rhinoplasty that your insurance wouldn't cover because it would be considered cosmetic. You wanted to know the cost of the rhinoplasty which was quoted to you. We treated you professionally, offered treatment options for non cosmetic issues, which you refused. Office manager
Dr. Gross is simply the best. He changed my life with his caring compassionate care. He is a master of his art. IF you have sinus issues, go see him. There are no better hands to care for you than his.
