Dr. Gross was very patient with my elderly mother. He listened to her point of view about surgery and gave her all the possible options with and without surgery. Tenacious is a great word to describe him as she is very stubborn. I appreciate his dedication to his patients.
A great surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Gross. He helped me with my thyroid cancer and I will be forever grateful.
Dr gross is an excellent and caring doctor
I saw Dr. Gross today and cannot believe what an exceptional doctor he is . I have tried for years to find someone to help me with my sinus problems but could not find anyone. I am so grateful to him and his staff for helping me. El Paso is so fortunate to have such a doctor serving our area!
I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Gross for my hearing loss. I could not have found a better doctor than him. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He helped me acquire the best hearing aids for my problem guiding me in every step. Also, his staff is very kind and they always have a smile on their faces.
Horrible experience. I would not go and see him again. His staff is very rude and his office is very dirty.

We are very sorry to hear that you had a horrible experience. Please call us and we would be happy to discuss your issues because we try to provide the best care to all of our patients. We also have our office cleaned weekly, so I find it hard to believe that our office was dirty. It appears that you already posted a negative review on 1/25. Unfortunately, there are some insurance plans we do not see which may anger some patients.
I had my first appointment with Doctor Gross today and loved it. After seen several doctors, tried several treatments and even gone through one procedure, Dr Gross was the only one who actually able to identify my problem. I wish I had known of him a year ago. I would have saved so much money, time and frustration. Great doctor! Very knowledgeable and patient. I definitely recommend him!!
