We waited (not even) 2 minutes, didn't even sit down before we were called in..noting this first as I had my 8 month old daughter with us. The dental assistant was so thorough in explaining everything to me and she (Chantal) was so incredibly sweet with my son, he had such a great experience, as did I. When we met the doctor, he again explained everything to me so I knew exactly what to do to help my son � I was a nervous wreck before walking in and concerned on how my 3 year old was going to handle his visit. My kids love them...the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. It's a totally child friendly place.
