Today was my child's first visit to the dentist and it was an unforgettable experience. My child does not like to go to doctors, but this time it was different. Not only did my child like it, he enjoyed his adventure. Since we arrived they made us feel as if they knew us. They went to the waiting room to find my child calling him by his name and they treated him with a lot of sweetness and respect. This office will scam you. Office overcharges patients. Overpaid and office will not refund me the overpaid money. Terrible!!!!! Be aware! Don't pay ahead of time...you will never see your $$ again.
Grosman Pediatric Dentistry has made all oral care for my daughter easy and painless! My daughter Sophia, has not had one complaint with any work done, when she gets shots, she tells me she "didn't feel it". Their staff is so caring and friendly, they work with you on appointments and financial issues if needed. The office itself looks more like a playground / arcade rather than a dental office. So glad I found them when I moved to Davie! They are great! My son has the best smile! Excellent care! Every staff member is a joy to talk to!
Yesterday was my second time at this dentist office. I had a wonderful experience. I had an opportunity to speak to both doctors. My son was very nervous but they did a great job of talking him through it and keeping him occupied. My daughter has special needs and I was very happy to see that dr. T was knowledgeable about her very rare genetic disorder.
Amazing Proffesionals: Doctor Maria & Doctor T, ( actually all 3 Md's ) such great manners, knowledge, they are great humans beings always smiling at your children, they treat pt's & parents with such much respect and love! My family trust them with our eyes close. They are a family business, trustworthy, excellent staff, they know my 2 children by names, I had send many friends and family members to their office! May God bless them daily! Good people like them makes this world bigger!
