He listened and helped work out a plan for my issues. I easily understood him and he seemed to understand me. Nicest doctor I've met in Florida.

Dr. Carter makes me feel welcome and genuinely concerned about me and my health issues.
His office staff is horrible. You make a appointment 3 months in advance and because of Staff error I was unable to get my yearly physical & when they asked Dr. Grose if he could do my physical because I showed up for what I thought was supposed to be my appointment, he said no. One of his Staff members forgot to put my name in the computer. Very unprofessional and they stood there and argued with me. I will never return to this Doctor or office ever again.
Dr. Grose is great. Very professional, but not stiff or robotic. He's easy to talk to, which is very important to me. I'm glad to have him as my physician.
DR Gross is a wonderful Dr. .very attentive and timely..
