I saw your commercial this am. False advertising. Follow-up with customers is . extremely lacking. Matter of fact I know someone who tried to make contact on business card of the owner and the phone # was incorrect..
Really nice people who are knowledgeable and easy to deal with, not pushy at all. The car buying process was quick and easy.
This place is filled with lies and broken promises. Especially your associate 'Eddie', he seemed too inclined in his phone and social media pages than actually helping. He wondered off too many times to what seemed like was to socialize with co-workers. We were then promise that we'd get calls back regarding the financial part, it's been 2 weeks, I've even came in multiple times in regards of that and all I get is "I'll call you tomorrow, I promise". I won't hold my breath that's for sure.
Planning and scheduling my car to be serviced just to told your systems are down really sucks
I'm very disappointed today with the parts department. I need to replace my brakes, front and rear. I had already called about 7 days ago to get pricing and also asked if I could use a "brake pad replacement" coupon for $25.00, gentleman said yes. So today when I called to go ahead and place order Levi said coupon could only be used if service department was doing the work. No where on the coupon does it say valid for service department only.
