RecommendedI am a long time customer at Gropetti Ford. I just leased my 6th car yesterday, with Donat Landry . I “Highly” recommend this Dealership. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was a small issue that came up and that was dealt with IMMEDIATELY by the VP Bob Horacio. NOWADAYS, who does that right? I've been a customer for years. At first, great svc. Loved the place and trusted them. The last couple of years, customer svc hasn't been very good, but I keep giving you another chance. This last visit refreshed my good feelings about Nissan. William Cervantes handled my svc. and in my world, he knows the meaning of "customer svc". Sadly, not many people do anymore. When you commit to a $48K, car loan in your later years, you really think this is your last vehicle in your whole life. You even buy the Butler Service, in hopes that your investment looks beautiful the most years posible. But your Groppetti Automóvil purchase goes sour, when the paint starts chipping away. The only explanation for people with a brain is, this is a PRIMER MANUFACTURING DEFECT and/or negligence, but Groppetti Automotive looked the other way and ignored our constant begging for help. Thank you for the feedback, we work very hard for our customers in respect to getting the manufacturer to participate in goodwill repairs after a warranty has expired, sometimes with success and sometimes not. The paint warranty for most manufacturers is 12 months, thereafter some sort of pro-ration of the repair (as goodwill). Also in respect to any manufacturers painting a vehicle they typically will ONLY paint the affected areas, so if both front doors showed signs of chipping, then they would only participate in the repa... read more
Showed up with my wife and daughter to look at cars, the salesman that greeted us asked what we were looking for...(used car) and our budget ...he laughs & says “hell naw”. You guys should probably look into retraining that guy. We looked at 2 cars, turned right back around and left . Never going back.
Horrible...Took my car in for an airbag recall yesterday afternoon. They claimed everything is in good working order. Now my heater won’t turn on at all. Took it back this morning and they said they can’t find anything wrong with it. “Their mechanic has 40 plus years experience” and still my heater won’t turn on. They offered to run a diagnostic on it for $135. The customer service is horrible as well. Not helpful at all. horrible. after buying several cars from them over the years, they have zero customer loyalty. would never buy from them. buyer beware
So I came down to the service department today around 3:15pm or so and had a horrible experience. The man I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. I paid for all kinds of warranties and such on my car but somehow the oil changes did not get added in to my paperwork which is something that was not brought to my attention to begin with which is very important.
