We didn’t buy a car from them today. Why? Because they didn’t waste our time. We told them what we wanted and how much the offer needed to be for us to accept it over the phone. They EMAILED US to let us know that they couldn’t match an existing offer. They didn’t waste our time by making us come in and sit around for hours first. We are so appreciative of you guys for that, and will recommend your business in the future.

I was told cause I called at noon I could not get help by Tina. Victoria did not understand a thing I said . Poor customer service .on the phone to long don’t have time to be on the phone to be told you called at noon so we can’t help you at that time! I took my 2016 Rogue in for service just last Monday after my vehicle wouldn't accelerate past 5 mph. I was told that they found nothing wrong with and that the car was running fine. I attempted to get the problem investigated further but the service representative did not want me to speak with the manager. Been purchasing cars from Groppetti since 2007. By far our 2017 purchase is the best one. So far haven't had any problems. Will see only had car three months.
Bought a used car...pretty much got hustled not knowing what goin on with the vehicle. They said it's ford certified and bullshit my wheel not align and battery got bulges. So gotta replace everything as I go.
