My Pomeranian – Amazing! I have been to a couple groomers. I have called a million. I am a hairstylist, not a dog groomer! This is the first place I have been where they actualy do what I asked them to do. Mitfchell has a ton of hair and recently my 2 year old sn decided to eat it. I wanted Mitchell to be shaved, gracefully. Groomingdale's did it! Love them and I will be happy to go back! Judging from the wag on Mitchells tail, he will be happy for another visit when it's time!
Great Value for the price I've taken my two corgies there for 7 years. They always do exactly what we want and show specific care for their coats. They also do the "Furminator" process on their coats which has significantly cut down on the fur we find around the house, which makes my life easier. Would highly recommend the process, even though it's more expensive, and would also recommend Groomingdales.
Groomingdales is blah I have a Portuguese Water Dog and I've taken my dog there about 5 times each time thinking afterward that maybe I wasn't clear enough on how I wanted him trimmed to begin with. For $50 plus tip they cut his hair and trim the nails, I really don't think he gets a bath at all. One time I said I wanted the PWD tail and they gave him back to me looking like a black squirrel.
