Took my dogs for first time. They did not cut my small dogs hair like I asked and they charged a handling fee because they said my senior dog was hard to handle. Because of that they did not clean around his ears or even finishing cutting his face. $155 for a mediocre job.
RecommendedGroomingdales is absolutely amazing! My dog is not easy to work with but the groomers here are miracle workers. I love Groomingdales ❤️

Thanks Ken for a great job trimming Noodles' face today! It was her first time getting groomed, they took us right away, and made it a pleasant experience. I've been coming here for years with my other furbaby and it's always been great.
Super disappointed in my visit on Friday. I told the receptionist my dog was very nervous and she started clipping her nails right in the lobby while I’m holding her. Both myself and the dog was extremely uncomfortable. I asked her to take her to the back and have someone else hold her since I felt it was unsafe- Princess was squirming. She took her and was assisted by 2 other workers. I seen them putting something on her nails so I asked if she was hurt (mind you she yelped very loud). Crystal and her grooming team are fantastic with our yorkies. They both have special needs and they take the extra time and care with them. We have taken our dogs there for over 25 years. Love they. No one can compare.
