I love Chrystal and her team! They are so wonderful to my precious Indee Marie!! She loves it there and always comes home looking beautiful!! Chrystal has also been amazing with managing Indee’s skin issues and they have improved greatly with the oatmeal baths!!

We've had our dog groomed here two or three times, always a great cut and he seems happy when we pick him up. But I'll be finding a new groomer because the customer service is severely lacking. Had the strangest experience picking up my dog today. I'm sure by 3pm, everyone is tired and up to their ears in dog hair, but no words were spoken to me besides telling me the price and then telling me change couldn't be made for a twenty dollar bill. The staff is so friendly and sweet. They take such great care of my Persian kitty. She gets their full persian package and loves it.
Our Scout is a reactive boy and hadn't been groomed in 2 years. I wash him and brush him but because of his fears and large teeth, I didn't know where to turn. Our wonderful Dr Hallstrom recommend Groomingdales and spoke to them about Scout. Crystal performed a miracle with her staff and I came today so she could finish up some areas that he wouldn't let them work on. Building trust can take time and I am happy to assist.
