The team at Grogg's goes out of its way to provide excellent customer service. Travis was my technician today for my annual maintenance, plus to repair a water panel error message. He called 15 minutes prior to arrival as expected, wore shoe covers to enter my house, and was very friendly to explain the work completed.
Seth from the sales team came to our home to quote a furnace and air conditioner for our home. He was very thorough in measuring the square footage of the house, the number of registers, cold air returns and the size of the duct work. He calculated the perfect furnace and air conditioner size for the home and let us know that some of the duct work would need to be modified. We've been using Grogg's for several years for furnace and air conditioning maintenance, and we were thrilled when they added plumbing and electrical to their list of services. Their electrician did not disappoint, and neither did their plumbing specialist. He was on time, courteous, and did a great job. He left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived, and with an unclogged sink drain. We will continue to use Grogg's for heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing in the future.

Our A/C went out on a hot day. I contacted Grogg's and they were able to send a technician out that day. J.D. was prompt and professional. He was able to identify and resolve the problem quickly.

My rental unit had a 16 year old ac unit, which had been limping along for 2 or 3 years. This summer was no exception. Frank from Grogg's came out and did what repairs he could, but said before furnace time the unit really needed replaced. Plans were made to call in after Labor Day, get an estimate and replace the unit well before cold weather.
