Grogg's just completed installing our home furnace and as with past experience, the individuals installing were very courteous and professional. The work went smoothly and the technicians explained the new system very well. I want to thank Jason and Ryan, the techs installing our unit, for their time and assistance - excellent work! I definitely intend to use Grogg's for my future home needs.

We've had the pleasure dealing with Grogg's for a few years now and hey have maintained an excellent rapport with us. The service provided has been exceptional as have the personnel encountered. Our latest, being Fred, who helped determine and correct an issue with our furnace. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and explained the issue and what was required to resolve it. Very impressed.

I was very impressed with Trey's service today. He was nice, attentive, patient, and efficient. He was not "pushy" with equipment, etc. but explained how things work and the cost involved.

We had our furnace and AC replaced September 2018. The techs were very friendly, efficient and explained what was being done. Chris, the main tech working on installation took the time to explain the system and make sure we understood all the work conducted and how to operate the unit. I would not hesitate to use Grogg's again and am very pleased with their work.
