Very poor customer service. I am working with Grizzly Customer Service because they "lost" my table saw after it was shipped. No one will call me back. They said it takes a few days to find the saw. In the meantime, I was charged for the saw over a week ago. Stay away from this company. There are many other alternatives out there.

In researching suppliers for helical cutterheads for my planer I learned that Grizzly offered cutterheads made by Byrd Tool at very competitive prices. I contacted Grizzly (and another supplier) to get a technical drawing for the cutterhead in order to ensure a proper fit. They supplied this promptly, as did the other supplier. The drawings matched each other and the dimensions of my existing head, offering a good comfort level that the cutterhead would fit. The drawing did not include a Grizzly part number. Don't do it! My previous history as a customer would be over $10,000 of products over the years. Recently wanted to get a planer. It arrived in a damaged shipping container Multiple holes through crate and the planer was loose on its pallet. I refused it and wanted a replacement. I kept getting the proverbial run around on when it will be shipped. Consistently poor customer service and some of the worst quality control to come out of a warehouse. I purchased three brand new items from them and all were defective. I had to return a table saw and when they sent me the replacement, it had the same exact issue, causing me to have to return it yet again. I purchased a spiral cutter-head for my 15" planer and the box it came in was completely destroyed, causing some of the carbide teeth to chip - fortunately nothing was bent. DON'T BUY. Very poor customer service and sales. I ordered two machins. A large vertical mill and large lathe. I was told both items were in stock and would ship out on Nov 3rd or 4th. GREAT. A week later I had to call and was told the lathe was on back order. They did not know anything about the Mill. Then they found it. I was told that the Lathe was in stock in Springfield MO.. but not in Wash. That they said they do not ship to CA. fromSpringfield MO.. All equip is shipped only from Wash to CA.
