Griswold Special Care provides exceptional service. All of my concerns and questions were met with professionalism and expertise. The caregivers provided attended to my husband with a smile and compassion. They were able to anticipate his needs and made my life much easier. I would highly recommend Griswold Special Care to anyone in need of assistance at home.
I called this office to get more information on how to get my mother services. They told me they were an employment agency but the people they send out are NOT their employees, they are referalls. So they have people to send that can take care of my family member but they wont take responsibility for the person they send? Then why would I want to pay for their services?
