We LOVE the Gristmill! Great food and lovely atmosphere!
I live in Oklahoma and any time I am in the San Marcos/New Braunfels area, I do my best to get to the Gristmill! The food has always been great! I have recommended it to several friends and they all come back thanking me for the recommendation!

I love this place, service is great, food is delicious, they have a nice comfortable waiting area with entertainment so well worth the wait for a table.
We have gone to Gristmill for many years. The quality of the food has slowly gone down. Salad was dry, chicken was dry also. Our server was great, and the restaurant of course is nice.
