My wife and I loved this place! Awesome location, great service, delicious food and a very friendly and cute little river town.

I’ve always loved going to the Gristmill. Though each time I come, the food comes out less desirable than each time before. My favorite part is the view. That’s the only reason I continue to come back.
The Texas Torpedos are the bomb Hand battered & fried bacon wrapped around jalapenos that are stuffed with cheddar jack & cream cheese; Ummmm yes please!!! The garden salad with ranch is always fresh and tasty! I love the Bronze catfish with fries. Been going to the Gristmill since I was about 12. It’s a 30 year love affair so far!
The steaks will just melt in your mouths. Great flavor. Cooked just way you want it. Just awesome.
We love the Gristmill, never ever had a bad meal here.
25 mins to get tea. Another 10 to get ice. 1 hour to get a turkey sandwich. And utensils? Forget it. You get none.
