On June 5th Triston came to the house to check the A/C system, we knew that it would probably have to be replaced. Tristan with Grissom came out promptly and was there when he said he would be. He was kind, polite, knowledgeable and answered all my myriad questions. I felt comfortable working with him. Furthermore, Grissom's office team was very kind and responsive. I will definitely be using them again.

We have used Grissom Services for all of our HVAC services for more than twenty-five years. This includes installations, maintenance and repairs.The front office staff is very pleasant and considerate when scheduling service calls. Called Grissom on Monday to check two A/C units. Johnny came out Monday afternoon. I am located about an hour away. One unit was not draining properly and Johnny got it working. The other unit needed a new fan motor. Johnny came back the next morning and replaced. I will be using Grissom from now on.
