They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this OBGYN fully explain your treatment's risks and benefits? Yes
Dr. Grisham seems to be in it for one reason .... money. Even though he had my information right in front of him, I kept having to explain my situation to him and remind him of the previous complications I have had. I am glad we were able to find another Dr. who would listen to me and attempt to take care of my needs.

Dr. Grisham is a self-centered, egotistical and arrogant person. He seems to be preoccupied with his personal life and behaves in an unprofessional manner. I would go to ANY other doctor before seeing him. I wouldn't even ask him for a bandaid!
