2/3 of my kids see Dr. Higgins for orthodontic care. The staff are highly professional, considerate, and don't get frazzled by families acting frazzled. (I am guilty of feeling completely overwhelmed and dumping my heightened concerns to them about financing braces (insurance sucks), understanding plans, etc. They answered all of my questions with grace and patience.) Felt so comfortable when i made that first call. Warm inviting setting. My little girl loved it. Dr. V provided great service very informative and had an open hear for all concerns.
