Went in today to get opinion on a special bracelet...not only did they fix my issue, they cleaned, advised and got to know me. I have a wedding coming up and they also took the time to give me ideas at a reasonable price to get the design I would like to have. Many thanks to the staff for all our time a laughs!!!! I brought some pieces from my parents estate to have appraised at Gimbals. The sales person, Lilla, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took to time to explain to me what exactly the items were and the process for appraising them. She gave us a very fair price and I would recommend her without hesitation.
