It is the perfect place. My husband got my engagement ring and wedding bands there and they are the most beautiful thing. We had to go to resize the engagement ring and everybody was really nice. You will never go wrong by going there.

I love this place! They have the best folks working there. They are very helpful, professional and quick on repairs. On my recent visit I needed a repair to my diamond ring. When I got it back it was not only fixed but my rings look brand new again. I also had them do an appraisal on my rings as I needed an updated one for insurance purposes. I totally trust them and would highly recommend them!
We are new to the area and I came in for a small jewelry repair. This was not an expensive piece of jewelry but very special to me as it was given to me by my 3 children. Mr. Grimball and his staff provided excellent service and were able to provide me with a resolution that exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much for your help and I would advise everyone to visit this shop if you are in the Triad area.
I came in for help with a necklace for a special occasion but didn't want to break the bank. They found the perfect solution for below what I thought I'd need to spend. They then placed it in a carrier box to keep it pristine (at no charge) that looked like it cost more than the piece. Oh, they insisted I take off the necklace I was wearing so they could clean it for me at no charge before I walked out the store. I just LOVE great service.
