I really appreciate the customer service and the honesty that the gentleman at the service desk had yesterday. He was helpful and got my car serviced right away. I love that there is a kids corner, my Daughter enjoyed the activities in there while we waited for the car to be finished.

Completely disgusted with Griffiths right now. I have bought two cars from them but no more ever again! My 2007 camry was consuming too much oil so I brought it in to be fixed. Well it breaks down soon after leaving. I've never had a problem with this car other than the oil consumption. Of course manager Mike Sullivan denies any fault in the situation. He proceeds to tell us that's it's propably a broken spark plug and the warranty will only cover the consumption issue. Well low and behold it turns out my spark plug broke in... read more

First and foremost I apologize and understand your frustration. We apologize that your car needs further repairs. Unfortunately Toyota does not cover the non Toyota spark plugs that you have installed on your own and are worn beyond use. If this was in any way related to the oil consumption warranty we would love to help you out with that at no charge to you. We did not check your spark plugs as this is not a normal part of our complimentary inspection or part of the warranty work being done by Toyota.
I liked that I was not pushed into buying any certain car. Jay was patient and laid back which made me more comfortable. I liked that Jay called a couple daus later to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions.
