I Purchased my Prius preowned from them several years ago and I love the car they made the process very simple. The service department on the other hand must be where they make their money. The front man is polite and very professional but I feel like they are extremely inapt In diagnosing the problem with your vehicle. Several years ago I took my car in following some vibration in the front they encouraged me to buy new tires that my tires were misshapen. I did $600-700 and there was some improvement. My wife and i just got our second car from Griffith, Thanks to David Shepard. He helped us get a Honda 2 years ago, and helped us get our Toyota recently as well. He's is very knowledgeable, funny, and was very patient when it came to us deciding on what we wanted. If anyone is looking for a car, id go to Griffith and talk to him!

I recently purchased a vehicle from these folks. They turned what should have been a happy experience into a stress filled nightmare! My temporary tag expires today, they waited until yesterday to even bother sending it to Goldendale DMV. I live 60 miles from there. Now I can't even drive the freaking car because these people cannot handle the task of filing paperwork on a vehicle that was paid for in full. My review is for the Honda side of Griffith. Israel, sales agent, has been my guide through the whole purchase process and continues to be a good friend. He led us through a lease of a 2016 CRV which we are enjoying very much. We have had two check-ups on the vehicle which were both within an hour total time.
