Terrible experience with this place. I was charged $92 for a wheel alignment and then a week later I needed another one because the camber and caster was way off. I had added 1.25" wheel spacers and Griffith is blaming them for the alignment being off and will not perform another without payment. Again, if anyone has ever had experience with spacers, you will know that quality billet aluminum hubcentric spacers will not cause an alignment issue. It took nearly a week to get my car diagnosed. Another week to get parts and with Christmas another week for the repairs. I am more than peeved. Especially because, when I complained, I was told that the parts came in Monday. "Why didn't I get a call on Monday?" "That was my day off." EXCUSE ME? Yesterday I called and got the poor newby. Last time I’ll ever be here. Had a terrible experience today getting my oil changed. I pay my ridiculous bill and go out to my car and leave. As I’m driving on the freeway I notice my gas pedal is not working right and I’m getting scared. Then I try to come to a stop and I can hardly get my car to stop! I get out and look at my floorboard and I see my mat has been moved and is covering my gas pedal! And also blocking my brake pedal! All the sales people I dealt with weren’t very knowledgeable and rather then say they didn’t know they made up some lie. I caught them in several about features the car did or didn’t have. Got a far better price by going into Portland and Longview for the 2 cars I’ve purchased. I wouldn’t suggest wasting your time here
