Novartis representative and I kept calling the office, but we either don’t get an answer, are placed on hold for several minutes, or are promised a callback that never occurs. We've been attempting to correct a prescription they sent so I can receive my medication, but it's been 2-3 weeks without resolution. Your office might be understaffed, but this is unacceptable—getting a corrected prescription should not be so difficult.
