One star is even to many. My Step dad was suppose to buried today. It didn't happen. The director wasn't prepared in the slightest. They brought NO equipment to lower the casket, and suggested lowering him in the ground with straps. With the grave caving in. Once the finally got the equipment (an hour later in the rain) it was BROKEN. The director suggested putting my Dad in the ground with a TRACTOR. I can not imagine a family having to go through what I witnessed today . The burial of a loved one did not get accomplished because of the unprofessionalism and the lack of caring of this Funeral Home .
Have not been pleased, first of all they MAKE you have food at the visitation for about $900! They acted like it was a party. It's not an option I was told. The 2 things I wanted most was one particular song, even told them where to find it, they messed that up. I also got a fingerprint pendent, it was supposed to be in in about 6 weeks, my mom passed away in October this is now the middle of January and no pendant. Not happy and will never use them again.
