We buried my Grandmother August 2019. They still don’t have her headstone up and it’s almost March 2020. We can’t get a straight answer and have called several times. Also they had a memorial inDecember that we went too and didn’t even have her picture in the video. It was very upsetting. Very unprofessional.

My parents bought two plots at Rest Hills Cemetery in 1968. My father died 10/31/2015 and Rest Hills could find no record of their purchase. My grieving mother escorted our assigned funeral director on the grounds and pointed directly to their plots. Still they could locate no proof of ownership. This place is being ran by a bunch of incompetent quacks! If you don't know how to do your job, ask someone else. Buried my mom 3 months ago and NOW they are telling me I have more paperwork to fill out before I can install a marker. Like wtf! Why wasn't I informed of this in August? This place has done nothing but give me the run around. Hopefully one day they will hire some competent workers and this place will get better.
In time of grief, it is hard for everyone to be satisfied! Therefore I honored my husbands wishes and I did what he said he wanted & what I wanted. I asked no one & didn't care if anyone got upset. Jim's service was wonderful! It was for him, and him only. I know he was happy! Rest Hills did a super job and I am totally pleased. Thank you for honoring mine & Jim's wishes.
It took months for my son to get his plaque and it looks terrible. The picture that was supposed to be on it is still not there.i would not recommend them for a dogs funeral
