We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Doug at Griffin HVAC. He provided us with excellent service and is very honest. He didn’t try to up-sell like the other company. If we wanted a new system Griffin can definitely provide that but he fixed what was broken instead of trying to sell us more than we needed. I recommend using Griffin for all your HVAC needs. Doug just finished a job for me and he was more than fair with his final bill. He took a little longer than anticipated but didn't charge more for labor than he originally quoted. I will definitely use Griffin for all my heating and cooling needs. Despite being busy with the sudden cold snap, a tech from Griffin made it out and I'm glad I waited, the furnace troubleshooting and repair was quick and to the point and solved quickly for a fair price. Thanks!
Doug was very helpful and answered all of our questions regarding a new HVAC system. He even came out a second time to walk us through a couple of things and to answer our last minute questions. On the day of the install they were prompt, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up. We are very happy with our new system.
