They came when they said they would and then went above and beyond in fixing our air conditioner. Our air conditioner is in our attic so it was hot and difficult and Doug never flinched. If you have an air conditioning problem you won't go wrong with Griffin.

Honest, upstanding and thorough. Doug and his team came out within 24 hrs when our furnace stopped running, diagnosed and repaired the problem but didnt try to scare us into getting a new unit right away. They got us through the winter and gave us a 3 quotes for a new unit. When we were ready, the team came out and installed a new system. They didn't leave until the job was done and they even cleaned up after themselves. Shopping local is big to us so it's awesome that they're right here in town.
