Very good experience at Griffin Buick GMC. Tom was very helpful in making the purchase of my truck a simple and quick process. Mark was very fair with the purchase price and Chris was informative and helpful with the financing and warranty procedures.

I purchased a vehicle at Griffin on yesterday and was very impressed with the exceptional customer service I received. The staff (receptionist, two salesman and finance guy) were very friendly, professional and down to earth. They made the trip from Columbia, SC to Monroe, NC worth my while.
