Awesome service, they are so accommodating to their customers. I feel like they go out of their way to help and I always understand exactly what's going on with my vehicle. It makes life easier when you know you can trust people and I never have to stress about car service thanks to them.
Dropped my truck off, low oil peessure. They kept it two days. Gave me a loaner. Could not figure out what was wrong. Drove it home, on the way home same problem..... Charged me 110.00 for a diagnostic. Called my regular mechanic. He knew exactly the problem, before even looking at it......a little frustrating ...
Great service, friendly staff, and they do stand behind their work! Dealt with the owner Jon, (who was awesome) and didn't know it was him until I was checking on Griesbachs site! I have nothing but good to say about their business.
They did amazing repairing the head gasket on my Chevy Cruze!(: made sure it was at its 100% best and even vacuumed and washed it down for me before I picked it up! I will for sure be bringing all my vehicles here for repairs! Such friendly people who actually care and are trust worthy!���
