I scheduled an oil change for 1:00 pm so my husband and I dropped our vehicle off the night before. While dropping off a worker asked if we wanted a tire rotation. We agreed it was a good idea. At about noon the next day they had already sent us a report of the car with some recommended services including 4 new tires and front break repair. At 1:30 they called me and left a voicemail which I didn’t get because I was at work. We went to pick up our car at 3:30 (should easily be done with an oil change and tire rotation). When we inspected the tires, the condition warranted our recommendation to replace them not rotate them for your safety and wallet. We did perform a no charge brake inspection in its place and did find that you will need to replace the pads and rotors soon.
