RecommendedThis is one of the best apartment complexes in Knoxville. Outstanding views, the nicest staff, the best dog treats in the main office, appliances are modern, lots of space in the apartments, close to all you need, the best neighbors ever! I’m going to miss this place when we have to move.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent amenities, especially the pool and gym, and the best part: the views!!. So happy to be part of such an amazing community. I highly recommend it!

RecommendedMy partner and I moved into Greystone Vista in early January 2021 and we could not be happier! We feel like we are home when we drive through the gates! Our apartment home is large and has all of the features we had ever hoped for! We definitely will be staying here for several years!

RecommendedAs soon as we stepped in the leasing office we knew that we were home. Our apartment is spacious and beautifully finished. We opted for the sunroom, which has become our cat's room! Regina and the whole team have been excellent as well! Greystone Vista comes highly recommended!

RecommendedWe love living here at Greystone Vista! My favorite area is the pool and cabana area. It’s so nice. Fireplace, TV and the outdoor kitchen. Staff is so friendly just like family and anything maintenance wise you need they are very prompt!
