We spent this last weekend in a Greystone Summit apartment which we rented while visiting from Ohio. It is was so nice to be close to my daughter and family instead of a hotel. The apartment was so nice. The staff , we dealt with Steve and Regina, were wonderful! Thank you so much! Hope to come back soon!! Randy and Jane Houseworth!!
Best apartment complex in Knoxville! Excellent value for the money with luxury finishes and really spacious layouts! Everything is beautiful, wonderfully maintained, and we never felt unsafe here. Alofa is a rockstar manager, and Allen and the maintenance team were also great! Bonus points: the views up there are some of the best, and the sunsets are incredible! Only moved because we bought a house, but if that ever changed, I have no doubt we would look at Greystone again!
I love living at Greystone Summit! In fact, I don't think I have enjoyed living anywhere as much as I enjoy living here. The apartments and property are beautiful, the community is fantastic and the staff are amazing. Steve Heydel and Aloofa go above and beyond and have created a family like environment for me. Priceless since my family is pretty far away! Great safe place with great people--home.
My family and I really enjoy living here. Greystone has so much to offer, the apartments are wonderful and I can't say enough about the staff. I've had maintenance once and they are prompt and very personable. They have events for the residents and it's very well attended! I've been other places where they either don't have them or the residents couldn't give two hoots. This is like a neighborhood and I love it!
Easily the best apartment experience my wife and I have ever had - and we have lived in a lot of apartments over nearly 30 years of married life. Our two-bedroom has high ceilings, crown molding, two walk-in closets in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower - unheard of in apartments.
