We have been here for seven months. These apartments are so spacious, well-designed, and quiet. The management and maintenance teams are very professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in making Greystone Summit the best apartment complex in Knoxville. We love living here!
I had several tours scheduled to look at other apartment complexes later in the day. I canceled them all after my tour here with Steve. The staff is remarkably responsive to questions and concerns even over email. I am extremely impressed and excited to move in here.
I moved here from Johnson City and I love my new home. Greystone Summit exceeds all of my expectations. The management team here treat us like royalty. They are the kindest, most helpful and always happy to chat with us. This community is lovely and well maintained. I thank God daily for my new home and friends. If you’re looking for a place to call home and friends who care then give Greystone Summit a call and make plans to move here, you’ll be happy you did!
I moved to the Knoxville area from Cincinnati earlier this year and have loved my experience at Greystone Summit ever since arriving. The staff is so friendly and personable and quick to respond to maintenance issues, although I have not had any while being here. I do wish the prices were about $50-$100 cheaper, but the experience makes up for it. The grounds and buildings are impeccably well kept; coming home feels like coming home to a resort!

High quality, upscale amenities, and safe, clean environment. Management and maintenance staff are very friendly and accommodating; feels like family. Customer service is exemplary. Pet friendly. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.
