They could be honest and they could treat everyone the same. After discovering black mold in my apartment after living there 2 months, they told me to wait for the new manager. So we waited for the new manager. He then sent people into my apartment without my knowledge (I has asked that no one enter without my knowledge) who painted over the mold. RecommendedI couldn’t recommend Greystone Summit more. I lived there for multiple years and would move back there in a heartbeat if I still lived in Knoxville. The office and maintenance staff were always so friendly and welcoming. They really made it feel like home!!!
I love this community and the staff here. Everyone from management to the grounds keeper to my favorite fixer upper man is always nice and helpful in anyway. Any concerns are addressed promptly and with completion with a smile. They are stuck with me forever! 😀
The staff here at Greystone Summit have been wonderful. They work tirelessly to not only meet, but to exceed every resident's expectations. They always have a smile on their faces and are ready to tackle whatever comes their way. We appreciate the wonderful attitude each staff member has had. Greystone Summit is the best. I plan on spending a lot of years here. The staff, the grounds and the people care about every person here. They are the best. I would recommend it to anyone.
Quiet, safe neighborhood with great amenities. Staff is wonderful. We love the layout of our apartment, especially the deck.
It’s a wonderful place to live. I moved to a house and miss living there so much, I’m considering selling my home and moving back! I miss all the amazing staff and all my fantastic neighbors.
It is a wonderful place to live. It is close to shopping, restaurants, doctor offices, hospitals and schools. The apartments are very spacious. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained. Above all, the staff is wonderful. They are caring, professional, and very understanding.
