In Europe the ground transportation is so nice, maintained and clean, so WHY?? In AMERICA!! It's embrassing!! It's a shame that the employees or the Greyhound company does not care enough to maintain & keep all the stations as clean as their privately owned stations. How hard would it be to Provide a nice covered bench area to go smoke in. Have customer service who show some humane attitude and make a public page if you turn in someone's drivers license, seeing as that is a critical item needed for bus travel.
